Surbhi & Kundan tied the knot on June 7th, 2009 at the grand DiNardo’s Mansion in Aurora, Ontario. From the wedding to the reception & from the bride to the groom, Surbhi & Kundan’s day was an epitome of a regal Indian wedding affair! Surbhi looked absolutely breathtaking! The first time I actually saw Surbhi all dolled up walking down the aisle, it left me in awe & I am sure everyone else probably felt star struck!!
We have personally gotten to know both Kundan & Surbhi over last several months, and we heart their honesty, hospitality, their respect for each other, their love for photography & above all their fine & genuine taste in life…When we first met them two, I asked them what they were looking for in their wedding vendors, and they told me very simply, someone they can relate to, someone that even though works in this industry to make a living but understands the importance of the day for the bride & groom & their families. I still remember that conversation almost 9 months later today because honestly it was one of the most down to earth explanations I have heard. And that’s why we adore them two soo much! So without any further ado, here are some of our favorite moments & details from Surbhi & Kundan’s royal & oh so majestic wedding day!

Denise & Josh..where do I start about them… They are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G people, kind & truly loved by their friends & family, as roughly 75 guests flew down to Ocho Rios, Jamaica from different parts of the world to be there for them two. They had one of the most emotional & beautiful ceremonies I have ever been to..umm! so emotional that let’s just say im glad i had auto focus on my camera at times..
We have always wanted to photograph a wedding by the beach, sunset in the background, standing on warm & cuddly sand.. So when Denise & Josh asked us to photograph their destination wedding, we were truly flattered & I wont lie super excited! The morning of the wedding day started out with dark clouds & heavy rain, but sure enough, the rain dissappeared just few hours before the ceremony, and sun came pouring through the sky .. The wedding took place at the grand & ‘oh so luxurious’ Riu Ocho Rios resort. The wedding was beautifully coordinated by the resort’s very own wedding coordinator, Chandlyn..
So without any further delays, here are some of my favorite images from D&J’s fabulous wedding!
PS: Denise & Josh are not professional models!! But I think we can all agree that they SHOULD be..!!! Denise looked absolutley STUNNING & Josh, my friend camera LOVES you!

As some of you already know about our non-functional website + some new branding etc etc taking place behind the scene in our studio. If you have recently visited out studio, you know what I am talking..For the longest time we have been trying to come up with colors, style, designs etc to help us better define our company, imagery, style & our personalities. Well, today we finalized our new logo and I am soo excited to be able to share it with ya all!

I think my job is pretty cool, like I mean REALLY cool. Even after photographing zillion weddings (that’s what it feels like some days), we still get excited before each wedding, & really some days I have a hard time sleeping the night before a wedding because of how much I look forward to it.. At weddings we get to literally hang out with the bride & groom all day, meet many guests, some travelling from different continents to be there & some awesome industry vendors.. And I personally love vendors that genuinely LOVE & truly enjoy weddings.
I met Afzia Shareef about a month ago at my studio, she came by to introduce herself to me and vice versa, and needless to say we totally hit it off!!! I can’t say that I have worked with Afzia at an event yet, but I already know how fabulous of an events planner she is! So this morning when I got an email from Afzia about how she blogged about me..ME??!!..yes ME, I was SOO flattered & thrilled. So make sure to check out Afzia’s Blog, and Afzia, thank you for your kind words, keep up the good work & the love for this industry, we need more vendors like you!

Banquet Facilty: Payal Banquet Hall
Ruchi & Jignesh celebrated their engagement on May 30th with family & friends . The evening was full of mini ceremonies, sweets, & gifts for the future bride & groom.. The evening started off with thunder showers & dramatic clouds covering the sky, which totally changed our plans of meeting with Ruchi & Jignesh at an outdoor location for a mini photoshoot before heading to the hall to meet & greet the guests. But that did not dampen the mood of the soon to be bride & groom. Before heading to the hall, we did a very quick photo shoot in the hallways & the parking lot of the hall…
