As we are getting ready to wrap this year up with our last wedding of 2009 this weekend & looking forward to spending some time with our friends & family over the holiday season ahead, we wanted to let all our blog readers and clients know that we will be out of the office (out of the country) from December 7th to December 27th with very limited access to our emails and voicemail. We are traveling to incredible INDIA for an exciting new project. For now we cannot share any juicy details regarding this project as we still need to finalize a few things & tie a few loose ends before we roll this one out to ya’all..as always more info to come reeeeal soon..
We are still around for another week and are about to bombard you guys with MANY new WEDDING & ENGAGEMENT blog posts that you all have been waiting sooo patiently for..

Monica & Josh tied the knot on a perfect fall day in a grand Sikh ceremony..I started the day at Monica’s uncle place in Brampton where Monica got ready and also captured some beautiful pre-wedding ceremonies.. Followed by their Anand Karaj at the Gurudwara Sikh Sangat, Brampton, followed by a mini photo session at a nearby park. The wedding festivities continued at Bombay Palace in the evening with all of Monica & Josh’s friends and families with various dance performances by cousins & friends, heart warming speeches by their nearest & dearest.And here are some of my absolute favortite moments from Monica & Josh’s wedding… -

Ambi & Rajish are tying the knot next year January & we are absolutely THRILLED to be documenting this special stage of their lives..The first time I ever met Ambi I really liked her right off the bat, she simply exudes kindness & joy & is truly a beautiful person inside & out..And when we finally met Rajish the day of the engagement session, it was like hanging out with old friends..We had a blast shooting their engagement & cannot wait to shoot their winter wedding.. ..here are some of my favorite images from their engagement session..

Shubhra & Sanjay…I don’t even know where to start about them.. They are 2 amazing people that are FULL of soo much energy, fun & very down to earth.. And I have to say that Sanjay- you come up with some really original jokes that we have ever heard..THANK YOU for being a good sport & being up for anything, can’t wait for your wedding in a few weeks..
Shubhra & Sanjay both LOVE the print/marketing campaign for RW&CO, so when they mentioned they wanted to incorporate that kind of feel to their engagement session, we were game!! So I am sure all of you that are friends with me on Facebook & follow me on twitter, must have received the feed from me last week on how excited I was and still am about 18,000 blog visitors per month consistently for last 5 months on my blog!! Well, today I have more GREAT news & another reason to celebrate, Desi Fashion Magazine, an Online Magazine that features fashion and beauty, as well as the health and lifestyles of South Asians living in the Western and Eastern World, has published an article on yours truly. I believe an engagement session must not only document this stage of the couple’s life but also their style, love & relationship together..With Shelly & Rajat it was easy, as always they were dressed to perfection (LOVED the matching purple socks-Rajat :0) and the location was to die for. When Shelly emailed me to meet them at the Paletta Mansion in Burlington, I was very excited, it is one of my favorite venues, with so much character & history, it’s absolutely beautiful!
Thank you Shelly & Rajat for looking SOO fabulous & being so much fun to hang out with, I am SOO excited to share these images..

Make Up Artist & Hair Stylist: Zebi Khan
Sana & Ahsan had a beautiful wedding in the heart of Mississauga at the Versailles Banquet Hall. They chose to have an intimate ‘Nikkah’ ceremony during the day & the evening party was organized by Sana’s family to celebrate their beautiful nuptials. Prior to the wedding reception we were suppose to meet at an outdoor location for a photoshoot, however right when the bride & groom arrived at the location, it started to rain with no stop in sight..SO we decided to hold a mini photo session at Versailles before the party started..

Here are some of my favorite images from Sana & Ahsan’s Wedding Day Photo Session, part 2 to follow..The initial location, Mississauga City Center, that we had decided on didn’t quite work out as planned due to heavy construction and demolition project under go, so we decided to improvise and walk around the neighbourhood and found some really nice locations!
