I just got back early this morning from an awesome destination Engagement shoot in Miami & Bahamas and can’t wait to show off those images & our experiences in the coming days. Hope everyone had an awesome Family day long weekend!

For Sima & Dupinder’s engagement session we all decided to hit the streets of downtown Brampton. For the shots we walked through Gage Park, City Centre area, few historic buildings & also utilized a few brightly colored alleyways, all coupled with beautiful natural fall lighting. I have to say Sima’s fabulous red coat was puuurfect for the setting, it beautifully contrasted the historic buildings & complimented the fall colors. And not to forget how GORGEOUS Sima looked in it, I LOVED it!!
We are thrilled to be documenting Sima & Dupinder’s upcoming summer wedding next August & for now here are some of my favorite images from their Engagement Session…

Suhaila & Shahid are tying the knot this January & we are uber excited and looking forward to their big day! Few weeks back we photographed their engagement session in downtown Toronto by the Harbourfront area on a beautiful Saturday morning.. The weather as you can imagine was even colder by the lake but as you will see in their images below we had way too much FUN walking around lakeshore and documenting this stage of Suhaila & Shahid’s lives at a place that is very sentimental to both of them..Enjoy!

Ambi & Rajish are tying the knot next year January & we are absolutely THRILLED to be documenting this special stage of their lives..The first time I ever met Ambi I really liked her right off the bat, she simply exudes kindness & joy & is truly a beautiful person inside & out..And when we finally met Rajish the day of the engagement session, it was like hanging out with old friends..We had a blast shooting their engagement & cannot wait to shoot their winter wedding.. ..here are some of my favorite images from their engagement session..

And I have to say that Sanjay- you come up with some really original jokes that we have ever heard..THANK YOU for being a good sport & being up for anything, can’t wait for your wedding in a few weeks..
Shubhra & Sanjay both LOVE the print/marketing campaign for RW&CO, so when they mentioned they wanted to incorporate that kind of feel to their engagement session, we were game!! I believe an engagement session must not only document this stage of the couple’s life but also their style, love & relationship together..With Shelly & Rajat it was easy, as always they were dressed to perfection (LOVED the matching purple socks-Rajat :0) and the location was to die for. When Shelly emailed me to meet them at the Paletta Mansion in Burlington, I was very excited, it is one of my favorite venues, with so much character & history, it’s absolutely beautiful!
Thank you Shelly & Rajat for looking SOO fabulous & being so much fun to hang out with, I am SOO excited to share these images..

Shaneka & Patrick are tieing the knot this winter at Riu Ocho Rios, Jamaica, so as you can imagine they are really looking forward to their big day.. & So are we!! Over their engagement session we talked about everything from their schooling (ahem! which i should mention that Shaneka is a law student at Osgoode & Patrick is completing his MBA this year…), weddings, Jamaica etc..etc.. I think I have said this a gazilllllion times here now, but i truly love my “job”.. Most of my on location job entails meeting & spending time with fabulous people that are in love, & getting to know them & their story. The first time I ever met Arti & Sameer in our studio, we totally clicked, they are simply adorable, easy going and SOO in love. Arti is in India right now, shopping for their upcoming summer wedding next year, that we are totally looking forward to capture.
So when Arti asked me to recommend a beautiful location at this time of the year for their engagement shoot, I knew exactly where to go, Downtown Unionville, uber chic & trendy neighborhood in the Markham region of GTA, and here are some of my favorite images from their engagement session to show you what I mean….

For their engagement session we wanted to do something different, so we met outside the CNE grounds and walked around the area and found some really neat little locations to document this stage of their lives… enjoy!
