Just taking a very quick break from Swati & Saurabh’s wedding in New Delhi, India to blog Sonia & Imran’s engagement shoot on the blog today. S&I are tying the knot this weekend, so it ‘s only appropriate to blog their engagement shoot before their wedding day This should teach me a lesson to blog shoots shortly after they take place instead of sitting on the images for weeks after -

PS: I know I don’t usually blog too many black and white images as my love for colour images & colourful things is far greater. But while editing S&I’s eshoot I couldn’t help but absolutely love love LOVE the contrast, the light & overall feel of the shoot with the black and white images, so I decided to only blog those. Hope you enjoy them too!

Swati’s Mehendi Ceremony, New Delhi, India

Much awaited wedding blog post marathon from Swati & Saurabh’s wedding in New Delhi, India is finally starting! Today I am featuring Swati’s mehendi ceremony, which was the first event scheduled to kick start S&S’s wedding festivities. The event took place in a beautiful & quite secluded WestEnd Green Farm House in Delhi. With lots of dancing, food & music, the only things on the agenda for the night, It was a super fun event. So without further ado, here’s a glimpse of Swati’s Mehendi day.

New Delhi Wedding Photography

Trash the Sari, Tulum Mexico – Tharshana + Athavan – Part II

Continuing on with Tharshana & Athavan’s destination Hindu wedding in Tulum, Mecico, today we are featuring their ‘Trash the Sari’ shoot. The first half of the shoot was photographed in the Tulum Ruins & the second half at the luxurious Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa‘s beach. If you have ever visited the Tulum Ruins before you probably know how the temperature at the Ruins always feels a few degrees more & that day the temperature was recorded at 42 degrees high during the shoot hour plus the sand & the ruins were extremely hot to walk on. But honestly thanks to our wonderful B&G who rocked this shoot despite the extreme temperatures & were just SO easy going to work with.

December to March is usually our one of the most busiest time of the year for us. As this is the time we travel for multiple destination weddings each year & the travelling always ends up being back to back. But we are finally back in studio ploughing through thousands of images captured. And today I wanted to showcase a sneak peek from Swati & Saurabh’s glamorous wedding that we recently shot in New Delhi, India. I am really looking forward to featuring their wedding & pre-wedding events on the blog soon!

Tharshana & Athavan’s Mexico Destination Wedding – Part I

I wanted to start the year of 2012 of blogging with a BANG! And Tharshana & Athavan’s destination Hindu wedding in Tulum, Mexico was just the wedding to start this year off with. And especially on such a gloomy & snowy day here in Toronto a little bit of Caribbean sunshine, sand & warmth will do us all some good - On another note I cannot take any credit for this wedding as Harp shot the entire wedding himself, but I am totally blogging it!!!! So i’ll take credit for that..

Tharshana & Athavan tied the knot in a traditional Hindu ceremony on the beach among their closest friends & family. The ceremony lasted about 2 hours followed by a mini cocktail party on the beach and releasing of sky lanterns by each of their guests bringing the magical night to a beautiful end. There were also another day of shooting on the resort beach & Tulum Ruins for T&A’s trash the saree session, more coming on that soon on the blog, so stay tuned for part ii & part iii of this gorgeous couple. But for now here is A&T’s beautiful wedding ceremony … Enjoy!
